§3 Refund policy
Consumers have in principle a right of refund.
Consumers have the right to cancel purchase contracts with ANNA HÄRTELT, which were concluded on the basis of an order in the online store www.annahaertelt.de/atelierverkauf, https://de.anna-haertelt.de/postkarten-kunst, https://de.anna-haertelt.de/kunst-jahreskalender, https://de.anna-haertelt.de/kunstdrucke and https://de.anna-haertelt.de/kunst-kataloge, within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The refund period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party named by him, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise the right of refund, the Customer must inform ANNA HÄRTELT by means of a declaration (e.g. by e-mail to: ANNA HÄRTELT, mail: email@example.com) about the decision to withdraw from the purchase contract. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, a notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period is sufficient. If the customer cancels the purchase contract, ANNA HÄRTELT will refund all payments ANNA HÄRTELT has received from the customer, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred because the customer has chosen a shipping method other than standard shipping). The same payment method that was used for the original transaction will be used for the refund, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
ANNA HÄRTELT may refuse the refund until ANNA HÄRTELT has received the goods back or the customer can provide proof that the goods have been returned. In case of cancellation, the customer must return the goods to ANNA HÄRTELT or hand them over to ANNA HÄRTELT at the latest fourteen days after the day on which the customer has informed ANNA HÄRTELT about the cancellation of the purchase contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the end of the fourteen day period. The customer bears the direct costs for the return of the goods
